Q2: How about sample lead time?

Usually, it is 3 days. If you have special requsts such as OEM requests, the sample time will be a little longer accordingly.

Q3: Do you have any after sales service?

Certainly. Our products have 2 year warranty. Meanwhile, after sales, if you have any technical questions, We are responsible for solving them.

Q4: Can I make our logo/barcode/company name/website/series numbers on LED products?

Absolutely, no problem. We can also use your artwork and idea to pack your order.

Q5: Can I order samples for test quality?

Certainly, it is OK. Normally, sample is free. However, for special request sample and big quantity samples, it needs some expense.
